- Bubble size reflects population size; Edge thickness reflects connectivity scores;
- Use the sliders to set plotting parameters;
- Click the canvas area to select a cell population and reposition it by dragging;
- Plot can be saved by right click on canvas area and choose 'Save as'; For higher image resolution increase canvas area, font size and scales before saving;
